Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed your team is very active in responding to online feedback; what is your preferred method for keeping families updated on their loved one's daily progress and health status?
  • 2Given that staffing levels can fluctuate, what is your current protocol for ensuring call lights are answered promptly, especially during evening and weekend shifts?
  • 3Many families value the facility's modern aesthetic, but I am curious about the dining experience—how do you ensure that dietary restrictions are strictly followed and that meals are served at the proper temperature?
  • 4With the recent focus on hygiene and personal care in your quality reports, could you walk me through the daily routine for assisting residents with bathing and incontinence care?
  • 5Since your therapy programs are highly regarded, how do you integrate those rehabilitative services into the daily life of a resident who isn't in a formal therapy session?
  • 6How does your nursing staff coordinate with outside physicians to ensure that medication management remains accurate and consistent for residents with complex health needs?

Key Review Excerpts

The facility itself is nice. The physical therapy and occupational therapy was great. However, the staff, communication, etc. was a literal nightmare.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mom stayed there for about 5 days. That place is horrible and I feel so bad I let my mom go there. First off her very first day there she had to search the hallway and wonder around just to get some water.

Daughter · 2025☆☆☆☆

I’m currently in the rehabilitation center and I’ve been here for 7 days and I’m allergic to fish within these 7 days they have served me fish 3 times then they expect me to eat cold grilled cheese sandwiches.
