What this means for your family

While the physical therapy team is consistently praised, the facility has a concerning history of understaffing and neglect, particularly during night shifts. We strongly advise families to look elsewhere if the patient requires significant assistance with daily living, or to be prepared to provide constant, in-person supervision to ensure basic needs are met.

Harmony Physical Rehabilitation receives polarized feedback, with many families reporting severe neglect, dangerous understaffing, and poor medical oversight. While some patients praise the physical therapy department and specific individual staff members, multiple reports of patients falling, being left in soiled conditions, and experiencing delayed response times to call buttons suggest a pattern of unsafe care. Families should be aware that the facility's reputation is heavily marred by concerns regarding communication and the quality of nursing care during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts

There is one nurse and one aide for the ENTIRE floor of patients. Call buttons go unanswered for 45+ minutes more often than not.

Family member of patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

All seems good during the day, but at night, after family leaves, they neglect those who cannot help themselves. Imagine what sitting in diarrhea does to one's skin after laying in it for hours.

Family member of patient · 2026☆☆☆☆

The therapy department was awesome & everyone so kind. Erica & Mike were great handling any concerns. The aids were all very nice although seemed short staffed at times.
