“If your loved one needs memory care, do not take them here. The facility is new, but that's where the good things about this place stop. Constant staff turnover, absolutely no one qualified to care of patients who need memory care and very little communication with the family.”
“My mother passed away on November 6th and I was told that the balance of the month would be reimbursed after the room was cleared out. The following Monday the room was cleared. There still hasn't been any money reimbursed and I've tried contacting the manager a number of times to talk to him and not one returned phone call.”
