Key Review Excerpts

Oh my Goodness This Facility was so good to us while my Uncle Jimmy was Passing .. He passed away today Sept 2nd at 4pm. They had a rolling cart full of sandwiches tea coffee oatmeal pies That was so nice of them to do for us.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

My sister has been there 2 days in the rehabs section and both mornings, she has been found in a soaking Wet soiled bed. She rings the call light either. They don't come, or they come and say they will be back. And never show up for hours And hours.

Rehab patient's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

My brother is there for rehab and he is a diabetic and needs special foods. They have brought him cinnamon buns or rolls and French toast for breakfast which he can’t have . This should be a state requirement for a health facility to have a menu for diabetic patients but when we inquired about it was told they do not have food plans for diabetic patients.

5 complaint-triggered

Glenwood Center has concerning patterns with 32 deficiencies across three surveys, including five complaint-triggered issues where families reported problems. The facility repeatedly struggles with fire safety systems, nutrition and dietary services, and care planning, with the same fire safety and nutrition issues recurring across multiple surveys from 2018 to 2024. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the persistent repetition of problems in critical safety areas warrants careful consideration before visiting.
