What this means for your family

Fircrest is highly regarded by community members as a vital resource for adults with intellectual disabilities. However, because recent feedback is limited and includes a serious complaint about staff professionalism, we recommend scheduling an in-person tour to observe staff interactions and asking specifically about their training protocols regarding resident confidentiality.

Key Review Excerpts

A place to be for persons with intellectual disability, caring and active treatment is the best

Community advocate · 2018★★★★★

A home for alot of development disabled adults and a place for many people to work. It's always being threatened to be closed down. We're are these people supposed to go. A very much needed facility!!

Transportation provider · 2018★★★★★

For someone dealing with the medical field she’s very disrespectful is no help and tbh should be reevaluated as an employee for the line of work that she is in will not recommend anyone deal with her… she knows what confidentiality is but does not apply this her lips are lose and extremely degrading and not true.
