Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given that some families have expressed concerns regarding response times for call lights, what is your facility's current protocol and average response time for resident requests?
  • 2I noticed the facility has a beautiful park-like garden area; how are residents encouraged to utilize this space for daily activities and socialization?
  • 3With medication management being a critical priority, could you walk me through the specific safety checks and oversight procedures you have in place to prevent errors or delays?
  • 4We understand that maintaining personal belongings can be a challenge in a large facility; what systems do you have in place to ensure resident clothing and personal items are tracked and protected?

Key Review Excerpts

The CNAs are argumentative and some are down right lazy. I have continually been ignored even when my call light is on. Sometimes waiting for 2 hours to see a Nurse.

Rehab patient · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mom has barely been there a week and she already wants to leave. While she said most of the the day time CNA’s/nurses are kind and amazing, some of the night CNA’s are extremely rude, refuse to do simple things that are their jobs, ignore he call light for hours.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I have never heard so many food compliments at a Skilled Nursing! The residents are very happy and well cared for. Stable staff who get to know their residents likes and dislikes and give loving care.
