What this means for your family

While many families report a positive, active environment, the recent, serious allegations regarding sanitation and neglect in the memory care unit are concerning. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend an unannounced visit to the memory care wing and a direct conversation with management about their staffing ratios and hygiene protocols.

Key Review Excerpts

Every time I looked around they had to go to the hospital. Bruises, carpet burns, feces under nails etc... Every time I would be on my way to visit my love I would have anxiety because I wouldn't know what to expect when I got there.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The smell in the memory care unit smells like sewer. Employees arguing and about to get in fights in front of us. Resident wasn’t changed and had feces under nails.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

Management and staff are very helpful and caring. They go out of their way to accommodate my Dad’s needs and do everything they can to make him feel important and cared for.
