Key Review Excerpts

I couldn't walk when I came to the facility and today Im walking out👍. Laura Bo and Keysha were the best!!! I say thank you to all 3 of them. I highly recommend the facility if you want good care and Great Therapy ❣️

Post-rehabilitation resident · Mar 2026★★★★

The thing I liked most about Evergreen was the Therapy. Keysha OT was NUMBER ONE, Femi Ezza Syed and Aj were also good too. I didn't want to do therapy many times but these therapist got me to go and do it especially Keysha. Thanks to them I feel better about my progress.

Rehabilitation patient · Mar 2026★★★★

The staff was attentive and my and my aunt love the food here. She felt safe in the facility the entire time.
