The owner uses a repetitive, templated script to respond to negative reviews, which fails to address specific allegations of staff incompetence or lack of communication. Positive reviews receive a brief, personalized acknowledgment.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy team was great with getting me back on my feet. The social worker and medical records clerk have been such a great help. The facility does not look it's best outside but it is well kept inside.

Rehab patient · 2023★★★★★

The activities department is fantastic great customer service never seen such better customer service

Visitor · 2024★★★★★

The 2 appointments my Sister had outside the facility were both messed up terribly by the staff. First appointment they got her there 45 minutes late which then made it a “work in” at the appointment, turned into a 3 hour ordeal.
