What this means for your family

While East Bank Center is frequently praised for its effective physical therapy and friendly staff, there is a recurring pattern of communication failures and slow response times to patient needs. If you choose this facility, we strongly recommend establishing a clear, documented communication plan with the nursing supervisor and visiting frequently during weekends to ensure your loved one's needs are being met.

Key Review Excerpts

The weekly nurses were very good and Mom was taken good care of ! The weekend nurses for the most tried but were short handed ! The food was very good ! Don't expect to be filled in on how your loved ones are doing or getting any updates on them like they tell you they will be doing !

Rehab patient's family · 2022★★☆☆☆

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

They tried to give her the wrong persons meds, many times they tried to give her substitute meds because they didnt have her correct meds. Many days they skipped PT or even having her dress. Call lights went forever on weekends unanswered.
