Key Review Excerpts

My father in law was neglected by this facility ultimately leading to his death. He had multiple falls, unexplained injuries, severe dehydration. The nursing staff is unprofessional , insensitive & lack empathy and care.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

I truly appreciate this place my mom has been here for a few weeks now and it's been nothing but respect help it's very clean very organized I mean the staff are amazing you know they are really sweet they are really genuine they really come running when you call.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

Upon my return, she was put in the 3rd floor and that’s when my review goes downhill! My mom’s food was simply placed on her table to get cold! My mom is completely immobile, therefore, she’s supposed to be fed. She wasn’t! She would often be left soiled and the staff were rude.

This facility has a concerning pattern of safety hazards and families have filed complaints that triggered inspections, including issues with accident prevention and abuse reporting procedures. The most recurring problems involve building safety violations (blocked exits, electrical systems, construction materials), care planning deficiencies, and infection control issues. While all identified deficiencies show correction dates, the facility continues to struggle with basic safety requirements across multiple surveys from 2019 to 2024.
