Key Review Excerpts

The nurses left her dehydrated. She was very pale. Once transfered to a hospital they said she had a UTI and pneumonia that could have caused a heart attack if not treated.

Granddaughter of resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

This place is so nasty I feel so bad for the residents 😭this place has roaches, no wipes for the residents only face towels to wipe them after being changed, the sheets are dirty ,it’s trash piled up in all the rooms and it smells awful here!!!

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

They would leave you with a dirty diaper for over an hour more than one occasion, and I was only their for four day's. I had a wondering woman come into my room and hide in my bathroom, and when I pushed the call light, it took 15 minutes to get help.
