Complete Care at Arbors receives a high volume of positive feedback praising the cleanliness of the facility and the dedication of the nursing and therapy staff. However, a recurring pattern of critical reviews highlights serious concerns regarding understaffing, neglect of basic patient needs, and poor communication from management. Families should be aware that while many report a positive experience, there is a significant divide in the quality of care reported by different families.

Key Review Excerpts

My 87 year old Marine grandfather broke his hip and had surgery at brick and was transported to Complete Care at Arbors and the service is despicable. There are elderly patients yelling for nurses and the nurses bluntly tell them they’re busy while they’re playing on their phones or run for a smoke break.

Grandchild of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

Everyone was very kind, informative & helpful! Everyone from the nursing staff, to the receptionist and activities! Thank you!

Family member · 2026★★★★★

I stayed here for 6 1/2 weeks because of a fractured femur. Everyone was caring, concerned, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt to respond to my needs, and great with my family!
