Key Review Excerpts

My uncle fell out of his bed this morning and he yelled for 30 minutes before anyone came to help him! He has no legs!!! They only took him to the hospital HOURS later after I complained to staff.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Nursing care was horrible ! Very rarely did anyone come in room to ask if anything needed. Water cups the same as the day before . Catheter was in wrong nothing monitored never turned my dad left there in much worse shape than when he went in !

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

My cousin has been placed at this rehabilitation center while waiting for treatment for pancreatic cancer. Did not receive the pain medicine he was taking and only gave him a Tylenol. Breakfast was a rotten banana a hard boiled egg with finger nail marks and a stale rock hard sweet roll.
