However, there is a recurring pattern of negative feedback regarding understaffing, inconsistent communication, and concerns about the quality of nursing care during off-hours. Key Review Excerpts

The therapy staff is the best in the region and the food is so well made. The housekeeping staff cleans so well!!

Rehab patient family · 2023☆☆☆☆

They put your loved ones in wheelchairs and just push them in front of a tv or in a hallway instead of helping them by using walkers. Nurses and aids were more concerned about talking and laughing amongst each other or playing on cell phones instead of helping patients.

Rehab patient family · 2023☆☆☆☆

I ASKED FOR MALE THERAPIST as my wife doesn't respond to female as well as males for what ever reason. She has only seen male maybe 4 times out of 37 days and she shows little progress in my eyes.
