The Licensing Program Analyst conducted interviews and file reviews, and the facility staff confirmed that the facility responded immediately and arranged for proper medical care following the reported incident. The general observation noted the facility was clean, sanitary, and in good repair, with all tested safety and operational equipment functioning correctly.
