Burke Health & Rehabilitation Center receives polarized feedback, with many families praising the high-quality physical and occupational therapy teams and the cleanliness of the facility. However, a significant number of reviewers report critical issues with nursing staff responsiveness, particularly during evening and weekend shifts, as well as concerns regarding patient hygiene and communication. Families should be prepared to be highly involved in advocating for their loved one's daily care needs.

Key Review Excerpts

The PT and OT are top notch however the facility is horrible. I was a patient in rehab for three weeks after I broke my femur. There were maybe three CNAs that were outstanding. However it can take up to 45 min for someone to answer call light especially in evening and nights.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

The therapists are all fantastic and very caring. His nurse and aids are very attentive. Thank you Rinah and Valentina.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

I will never ever recommend anyone to this place. Patients and families beware! The staff are untrained, there’s a lot of negligence, the nurses are mean and lazy and the supervisors make excuses for them.
