Buffalo Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing faces severe and recurring allegations of neglect, including reports of patients left in soiled linens for extended periods, inadequate staffing levels, and poor communication from management. While a segment of reviewers praises the facility for being clean and having a helpful rehab team, these positive experiences are frequently overshadowed by reports of unsanitary conditions, unanswered call lights, and medication management errors. Key Review Excerpts

My mom was found laying on the floor May 8th and again May18th and Buffalo Center never filed a incident report when I asked what happened... I demanded a ambulance called.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The food is inedible. Some nurses are angels. The desk staff is a crap shoot on getting reasonable questions answered. 2nd floor smells of urine and soiled sheets.
