What this means for your family

This facility has a dedicated care team that excels in compassionate, long-term support, particularly for end-of-life care. However, families should be vigilant about room cleanliness and insist on clear, itemized billing statements before move-in. We recommend scheduling unannounced visits to check on room hygiene and confirming who to contact if administrative leadership is unresponsive.

Key Review Excerpts

The caregivers at this facility are absolute angels! The compassion and care my mother and our family received has been invaluable. When my mom transitioned to hospice. Caregivers were coming in on their days off and staying extra hours(off the clock) to check on her.

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

It seems like they never clean her room. Now her bed isn't being made along with laundry issues. I have left a message with the executive director, Mike Schwartz twice and have not received a call back. Her room smells like urine and it's been this way for quite some time.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The staff is kind and welcoming to our needs and we have been able to mitigate issues without much disruption. Kristen and Hattie are both EXCEPTIONAL in participating with us to ensure comfort is maintained.
