Key Review Excerpts

The memory care unit is rundown, smells, and my dad said they don’t take care of him. When we would visit, my dad would just look horrible.

Memory care family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

I have been a resident of Bridgeway Senior Living for the past 8 years due to a stroke leaving me with left side paralysis. I required full care to help me with my needs. I have been extremely satisfied with cared I have received over this past 8 years.

Long-term resident · 2025☆☆☆☆

Rounds were barely ever done, hours went by and nobody would come in to reposition or check his pain. We would constantly have to go out and ask.
