Key Review Excerpts

My mother had an accident and has been left as a quadrapaligic. The staff there have been incredibly horrible on how they treat her, in checking on her, and other patients. They constantly lose her stuff, tell her they're going to do certain things and then they don't.

Families have filed multiple complaint reports leading to serious deficiencies in abuse protection and safety oversight, with recurring issues across resident care, medication management, and safety systems. The facility shows persistent problems with protecting residents from neglect, providing appropriate medical care, and maintaining safe exits and fire safety systems. While most deficiencies have correction dates, the pattern of repeated violations across multiple care areas suggests ongoing systemic challenges.
