Based on a review of the resident?s record and interview, the facility did not ensure that within 60 days of discharge, each resident or his legal representative shall give any refunds due. Evidence: 1. Licensing Inspector reviewed resident 1?s resident assessment/agreement packet and it states any refund due will be received within 45 days following the date of discharge, transfer, or death (page 41). 2. During an interview, staff 1 stated a refund had not been issued to the legal representative, Staff 1 confirmed that the resident had not been at the facility since 2/7/25 which was more than the 45 days required in the resident agreement to receive the refund.
