What this means for your family

While some families report excellent, compassionate care, there is a recurring pattern of understaffing that impacts resident safety and response times. When touring, ask specifically about the nurse-to-patient ratio on weekends and how the facility ensures continuity of care when regular staff are absent.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff members were very kind, compassionate and professional. We appreciated how welcomed we all felt on our visits.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

Please don’t ever bring your loved one to this place it’s filthy , food is horrible , there’s no supervision, my sister in law fell, now she’ll never walk again thank you Bethany gardens, biggest mistake I ever made.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

Severely understaffed more often than not. Maybe reaches state minimum but with 20 some odd residents on a floor having even one aid tied up leaves countless other residents without aid for long intervals even with alarm bells going off.

This facility shows recurring issues with fire safety systems and food safety that persist across multiple surveys from 2019 to 2024. Families filed at least one complaint regarding food handling practices. The facility has ongoing problems with sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and food storage/preparation standards that appear in nearly every inspection. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the repeated nature of fire safety violations across five years suggests systemic challenges with maintaining safety standards.
