What this means for your family

While the rehabilitation therapy team is frequently cited as a major strength, the facility has significant, recurring issues with pest control and staffing responsiveness. If you choose this facility, we strongly advise daily visits to monitor your loved one's hygiene and ensure their basic needs are being met, as communication from management remains inconsistent.

Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed that your leadership team is very active in responding to feedback online; how do you use that input to drive improvements in daily operations?
  • 2Given the importance of consistent care, what specific protocols do you have in place to ensure call lights are answered promptly, especially during evening and weekend shifts?
  • 3I understand that maintaining a pristine environment is a top priority; could you walk me through your current pest control schedule and how you ensure the facility remains clean and sanitary?
  • 4Since I see that your physical and occupational therapy programs are highly regarded, how do you integrate those services into the daily routine of residents who aren't currently in active rehab?
  • 5We are concerned about personal belongings and clothing; what is your process for tracking and securing a resident's personal items to ensure nothing goes missing?
  • 6Could you share how your dietary team manages individual nutritional needs and how you ensure that meals are both appetizing and appropriate for residents with specific health requirements?

Key Review Excerpts

The entire staff here has been excellent. The Administration has been great with communication between my doctors and the hospital. My nursing staff has been amazing.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

The amount of roaches is absolutely insane. Crawling up curtains and as soon as you open the bathroom door, they scatter. The meal she got for dinner wasn’t enough to feed a child.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father was transferred here from hospital after a fractured spine. He was there for several weeks for rehab. PT and OT were with mixed reviews. Some were phenomenal where times my father would tell me therapist would leave after 10 min and he would Demand the full 30 min.
