The investigation found that the allegations were unsubstantiated, as the facility was found to be clean and sanitary, and records indicated regular cleaning schedules were followed.

The facility underwent a required comprehensive annual inspection. The LPA observed that the facility is clean, in good repair, and operating in safe conditions across physical plant, food service, and care/supervision areas. No deficiencies were cited per Title 22, Division 6, of the California Code of Regulations.
