Key Review Excerpts

My mother was recently admitted to Asistencia Villa. I would say overall care was amazing and everyone was nice, but there has been a few instances which made it questionable at first.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★

The staff is completely unaware of the well being of their own patients. My grandmother was here for a few and during that time she became mentally impaired due to severe dehydration which happened while she was staying at asistencia.

Rehab patient's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

My grandfather was here for a while, the management bad staffs were okay one staff member that stood out was Monique she was kind from the beginning to the end

Families have filed multiple reports triggering inspections at this facility, with persistent issues across care areas. Most recurring deficiencies involve medication management, accident prevention and safety, and appropriate treatment and care delivery. While the facility reports correcting violations, the pattern of repeat deficiencies—particularly medication errors and safety hazards—suggests ongoing challenges with consistent care quality that families should carefully evaluate.
