What this means for your family

This facility's physical therapy team is frequently praised for helping patients regain strength, making it a potential option for short-term rehab. However, the recurring, serious reports of neglect, hygiene failures, and long call-button response times are major red flags. If you choose this facility, you must be prepared to be a highly active, daily advocate for your loved one to ensure basic needs are met.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility has been absolutely great with care of mu uncle during his stay. From nursing staff to the administrative staff, everyone has been nothing but helpful and understanding this entire stay.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

I was in this facility for several weeks for rehab and there were times I was waiting to go to the bathroom for well over three hours. The times between pushing the call button and response is neglectful.

Rehab patient · 2024★★☆☆☆

On the surface everything looks great. Went to check on my dad and found FOUR soiled diapers, linen and mattress pads just thrown in the shower! The room wreaked of urine and I was double masked.
