What this means for your family

While Granite Farms Estates offers a beautiful environment and excellent physical therapy, the recent reports of pest issues and poor sanitation in the nursing wings are concerning. We strongly advise families to tour the specific unit where their loved one will reside and ask direct questions about current staffing ratios and pest control protocols before signing any contracts.

Willowbrooke Court at Granite Farms Estates is generally viewed as a beautiful, well-maintained facility with a strong reputation for independent living and physical therapy services. However, families have raised serious concerns regarding the quality of care in the assisted living and skilled nursing sections, specifically citing issues with cleanliness, pest control, and staffing levels. Prospective families should look beyond the attractive common areas and conduct a thorough tour of the nursing units.

Key Review Excerpts

I was at Granite for three weeks for Occupational and Physical Therapy after total knee replacement. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Granite. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

Worse please to bring your love one! Place have spiders crawling from the ceiling all in the name of construction. Ants and roaches and mouse are rooming with your love ones. You can find them in the hallways especially at night time.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

As someone seeing the experience of an aging relative who is a resident of granite farms, my advice to anyone considering signing a contract here, is ask to tour the skilled nursing area. Meet the nurses and ask what the nurse to resident ratio is.
