The owner relies heavily on repetitive, templated scripts for positive reviews, often using the same phrases regarding 'best-in-class care' and their mission to 'Make Lives Better.' For more recent reviews, they have switched to a standardized automated response acknowledging receipt of the message.

Questions for Your Tour

  • 1We've heard wonderful things about how welcoming the admissions process is; how do you help new residents and their families transition into the community?
  • 2What specific protocols are in place to ensure medication is administered accurately and on schedule every day?
  • 3How does the nursing team communicate important updates or changes in a resident's health status to family members to ensure we are always in the loop?
  • 4Can you tell us more about the daily activities and social engagement opportunities available, especially for those in the memory care unit?
  • 5In the event of a medical emergency after hours, what is the immediate response process and how is the family notified?
  • 6We are looking for a high standard of nutritional care; could you describe the dining experience and how dietary needs or preferences are managed?

Key Review Excerpts

The staff here is awesome. They keep me informed of any health problems even calls me early morning late night when my brother has a serious problem. Always helpful about setting up barber visits etc.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

Do not send your loved one to this facility if they are unable to eat or drink or communicate their needs on their own. Staff did not follow eating orders, did not identify a medicine was not filled for months and therefore not dispensed when needed and end of life meds were failed to be given correctly so my mom was in severe distress her last full day of life.

Deceased resident's family · 2022★★☆☆☆

It was absolutely amazing. Mrs. Ramona Tarver Admissions Coordinator was so helpful, from beginning to end. The tour she gave me was absolutely incredible.
