What this means for your family

While the facility is noted for effective physical therapy, the frequency of reports regarding medication errors and neglectful night-shift care is concerning. If you choose this facility, we strongly advise frequent, unannounced visits and active monitoring of your loved one's medication and hygiene needs.

Key Review Excerpts

My husband was at the rehab for 4 weeks .Excellent staff ,very friendly ,very good care good food fantastic physical therapy 7 days a week.

Rehab patient's spouse · 2022★★★★★

The overall care our father received while at Whitney Rehab was, at best, uneven. While there are some very helpful staff members, there are just as many who are not engaged and unresponsive.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

They constantly got her medication wrong. They overdosed her on her antidepressant medication then outright lied about it. She had UTI infection and when she asked to see a Dr for antibiotics the nurse told her to 'drink more water'.
