What this means for your family

While many families report positive experiences with the therapy team and nursing staff, there is a persistent pattern of complaints regarding facility cleanliness and communication. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels and response times firsthand, and to specifically inspect the room conditions before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff have been very communicative and open regarding my mother’s care. The staff have her up and clean all the time and it’s been a huge relief for me.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The residents are stacked 4 to a room with literally a 6 ft by 6 ft area for them. Night staff are loud. My dad was not getting any of his perscribed therapy minutes until I pointed it out.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The rehab staff was wonderful. The day shift & early night shift were great. The late night shift from 11:00 to 7:00 a.m. was crucial since that is when you are most vulnerable. I felt like I had checked into the Bates Motel.
