What this means for your family

While the facility employs some highly dedicated therapists and social workers, the recurring reports of chronic understaffing and hygiene issues are significant red flags. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend visiting during off-hours and asking specifically about the ratio of CNAs to residents on the night shift.

Key Review Excerpts

The PT staff were great and would have been an asset. The NURSING staff were horrendous. Completely unresponsive, off putting and rude.

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mother is currently at this facility. The building is always clean, and most of the employee's are really nice. The administrator is very understanding, and the SW is always pleasant and professional. She is the reason I leave my mother in the facility.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★☆☆☆

There are some good staff members here but they are always understaffed. They force CNAs to cover 15 or more residents by themselves. It's all about the MONEY.
