Key Review Excerpts

They now have him walking, dressing himself and teaching him to make smart choices. Thanks to all their hard work he is coming home very soon.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

My father was placed there for rehabilitation and later made permenant. Needless to say he was walking before he went there and 2 1/2 moths later was and still is unable to walk. He was completely neglected. Left in soiled garments for hours.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

See several nurses at 1 time gathered in nurses station sitting around talking while call bells go off continuously. Rang the bell to have help getting grandmother to bathroom 20 mins still noone came had to get someone.
