What this means for your family

While the physical therapy department is frequently praised for helping patients regain independence, the facility has significant, recurring reports of nursing neglect and poor hygiene in the memory care unit. If you consider this facility, we strongly recommend unannounced visits to the memory care wing and asking for a clear explanation of their call-light response protocols.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy department was fantastic during her stay. She has nothing but good things to say about the nurses, the activity department, and how grateful she is to be able to walk again.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

I signed myself out in 9 day's it was horrible I cried everyday I broke out into a rash I have video where my nurses light was on for over an hour at a time and my family would come in and they said they we're bat the desk laughing and chatting.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

Residents are neglected , fights occur in the so called "memory care " unit . They do not do anything out of the ordinary for these residents . They are locked up like prisoners .
