What this means for your family

While the facility is physically beautiful and offers excellent social activities, the inconsistency in management and staffing is a recurring theme. We strongly advise families to ask for a clear, written breakdown of all potential fees and to observe the facility during weekend hours to assess staffing levels firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

My Mom was at Moran Vista for 25 days in memory care and the care she received was outstanding. Responsive staff whether by phone or email. Thoughtful, caring staff and a clean comfortable facility.

Memory care family member · 2023★★★★★

The staff is turning over continually. Rarely have I seen the same face twice. This speaks volumes. They are likely under paid, leading to being understaffed and a host of other issues related.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

After moving our parents in we have had nothing but problems with additional fees and rate raises for care that we do not believe are being regularly provided.
