Key Review Excerpts

My mother reluctantly moved to Ventura Townehouse 2.2 years ago, (at 94), and it has been a wonderful place for her. I agree with the reviewer who says it’s a cross between a fancy hotel and a cruise ship.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

NeuroFit, led by Coach Pam (shown above) is outrageously fun and beneficial, one of many activities offered for residents at Ventura Townehouse. I had to use a rolling walker to move anywhere when I began. Since that time, I’ve graduated to a lightweight aluminum walker, then a cane–and now I am weaning myself of that!

Resident · 2025★★★★★

My mom is in Memory Care and I can’t say enough about the excellent care she is getting. James the director and his staff are fabulous!
