Key Review Excerpts

The listlessness of its residents wandering aimlessly while staff bickered amongst each other completely oblivious that I stood there watching and waiting for assistance from them.

Visitor · 2024☆☆☆☆

They are under staffed refused to clean up rooms with elders who cant walk. They don’t help. My grandma was put there and they wouldn’t clean her room they put her on a lift thing and she has a big accident they told my family they wouldn’t help clean it because they didn’t get paid enough.

Family member · 2022★★★★

20 to 1 resident/patient to staff ratio. That's 2 aides and 1 nurse for 40 people. Grossly understaffed. 4 residents to 1 bathroom. Tiny rooms for 2 residents.
