The facility failed to maintain hot water temperatures between 100°F and 116°F for three fixtures in two resident bathrooms. Specifically, a shower temperature was recorded at 93°F, and two sinks in a private bathroom were recorded at 117.3°F and 119.1°F. Records also failed to show any temperatures outside the required range for the months of August, September, and October 2024.
