Twin Pines is highly regarded for its modern, clean environment and effective rehabilitation therapy, making it a strong candidate for short-term recovery. Key Review Excerpts

My dad recently spent 5 days at Twin Pines rehabbing after discharge from the hospital. He was treated very well. Special shout out to Tanika, his case manager extraordinaire, his nurse manager Michelle and his PT guy Chris who literally got him back on his feet.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

My mother-in-law was a respite stay back in May 2023. She was end stage MS. It was an emergency admission due to my father-in-law having a MI. The admissions/business office was so accommodating, and we were able to get her admitted right away. Her care was impeccable.

Respite care family member · 2023★★★★★

I'm a tough critic and when a relative had to be admitted here for a short stay after a fall at home I was nervous and scared because of what we think when we think of a nursing home. The facility is in a rural area and very scenic and peaceful. My uncle was so relaxed, its quiet, immaculate, the common areas were all clean and tidy, and the staff was all friendly and welcoming.

Twin Pines shows a pattern of recurring fire safety and building maintenance issues across all three surveys, with problems in sprinkler systems, smoke barriers, and emergency equipment appearing multiple times. The facility also has ongoing challenges with care planning and resident assessment that persist from 2024 into 2025. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the recurring nature of safety violations across surveys suggests systemic maintenance challenges that families should discuss during visits.
