If you choose this facility, you must be prepared to visit daily and monitor your loved one's care, medication, and hygiene closely.

27 complaint-triggered

Tucker House has a concerning pattern of issues driven by family complaints, with 27 complaint-triggered deficiencies out of 77 total across 13 surveys. The most recurring problems involve resident care quality, fire and building safety, and environmental cleanliness including pest control. While the facility reports correcting these issues, the pattern of repeated violations in similar areas, particularly involving resident rights and safety concerns that prompted families to file reports, suggests ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful consideration during your visit.
