Trinity Grove receives high praise for its clean facility, engaging activities, and compassionate rehabilitation care, with many families expressing deep gratitude for the support provided to their loved ones. However, some reviewers have raised serious concerns regarding staffing ratios, potential neglect, and inconsistent empathy from staff members on certain shifts. Families should carefully weigh the positive reports of physical recovery against the reported challenges in daily care oversight.

Key Review Excerpts

Trinity Grove has changed my paradigm of nursing homes. The level of care they provide, along with the compassion, patience, friendliness, and respect they show to the residents is commendable.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

When my parent arrived 18 months ago, Trinity Grove was professional in every way. One nurse and 4 CNA's to every neighborhood. Today they only have 2 CNA's at any given time on each neighborhood to take care of 25 elderly, disabled, some total care residents.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★☆☆

Trinity Grove provided an excellent rehabilitation experience for my mother. Coming out of the hospital and then spending two weeks at Trinity Grove was a game changer for her!

Trinity Grove shows concerning patterns of resident protection failures, with families filing complaints about abuse and neglect prevention that have recurred multiple times since 2023. The facility has struggled most with preventing abuse and neglect, maintaining building safety systems, and dietary services. While all deficiencies show planned correction dates, the repeated issues with protecting residents from harm, including recent 2024 violations, warrant careful consideration during any visit.
