What this means for your family
This facility presents significant safety and communication risks that should not be ignored. While some residents find the staff friendly, the documented instances of patients wandering out of the building and the persistent inability to reach staff by phone are major red flags. If you choose this facility, you must verify their protocols for patient supervision and ensure you have a reliable way to communicate with your loved one's caregivers.
