Based on observation and interview, the residence failed to place in a visible location a list of all staff who had current first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certifications, affecting eighteen current residents. Findings include: On 2/9/23 at approximately 10:40 a.m., the administrator tried to locate staff CPR and first aid certifications, and printed out individual CPR and first aid certifications for certified staff on each shift. Based on observation, interviews and record review, the residence failed to ensure the administrator failed to be responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operation of the residence, affecting 15 current residents.
