What this means for your family

Skylake Post Acute has a very strong reputation for its social services and dedicated unit-based staff, making it a potentially excellent choice for long-term or memory care. However, because of reports regarding inconsistent hygiene and basic care for short-term stays, we strongly advise families to conduct frequent, unannounced visits during the first week of a loved one's stay to ensure care standards are met.

Google Reviews

Google Reviews

87 reviews on Google
Skylake Post Acute has received a significant influx of highly positive reviews, particularly regarding the 'Garden' and 'Evergreen' units, with many families praising specific staff members like Chrystal Carpio for their compassion and communication. While the facility is undergoing improvements and is frequently described as clean and welcoming, there are isolated but serious reports regarding poor hygiene and neglect during short-term stays. Families should be aware that while many find the care exceptional, there is a noted contrast between the glowing praise for specific units and critical concerns about basic care standards.
