What this means for your family
The Ridge has a strong reputation for its specialized memory care programming and engaging activities, which remain a highlight for many families. However, given the recent concerns regarding management changes and potential staffing shifts, we recommend asking specifically about current staff-to-resident ratios and how the new management company oversees daily care compared to previous years.
