The Enclave at Rye receives highly polarized reviews, with many families praising the facility's clean, modern environment and effective physical therapy programs. However, a significant number of reviewers report serious concerns regarding neglect, slow response times to call bells, and poor communication during medical emergencies. While many staff members are highlighted for their kindness, the consistency of care appears to fluctuate significantly depending on the shift and individual staff members.

Key Review Excerpts

The physical and Occupational therapy departments rival Burke. I have stayed here twice.

Rehab patient · 2020★★★★★

The only time I probably didn’t have a smile was when a meal was to be served. I did lose a few pounds but it was unintentional. The coffee was super but not enough of it.

Rehab patient · 2024☆☆☆☆

My Dad was recently there for two weeks. If you have a family member with dementia, this facility is NOT equipped for them. The kindness of staff, especially Malcom and Dihan and Moishe deserves a five. It needs a cleaning and a big refresh.
