Key Review Excerpts

My mother in law is in this facility. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Katelyn Oaks, one of her nurses! She goes above and beyond her job and takes such good care of MA.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★

My sister has been at Cortland Northview (formerly Vista Springs) for two years and the new management and care staff have been an enormous improvement to communication, service and care.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

There are certainly some staff that do truly care about the residents, but I have had more than a handful of issues with my mother in law and believe me it’s well documented. Make sure to stop by unannounced and at random times to see how well your loved one is being cared for.
