What this means for your family

This facility offers an excellent rehabilitation and therapy program that has helped many patients regain mobility. How They Respond to Reviews

90%response rate
Generic

The owner uses highly templated responses that rely heavily on a recurring mission statement regarding their status as a nonprofit organization. While they personalize the greeting with the reviewer's name, the body of the response is often a copy-paste of the same mission-driven language.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy is great. Health care is extremely poor. The CNA,s are rude at best, they left my husband sitting in his own feces and urine with an open bed sore, he was over medicated and had to go the emergency room

The Administrator made sure that my Grandpa was taken care of no matter the time or day. He started to get better during his stay that his insurance stated that he no longer needed to be in the facility and discharged him to go back home.
