What this means for your family

St. Francis offers an exceptionally active social environment, which is a major benefit for resident morale. However, given the serious reports of hygiene issues and neglect, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to observe the facility's cleanliness and staff engagement levels firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

They have daily activities where the resident can actively engage with their peers and be supported by staff. They also have fun events that include balloons and music where the staff positively engages with the residents!

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

My aunt fell out of her wheelchair while sitting near the nurse's station with several CNA'S & nurses present. Most of the staff are on their phones using airpods instead of paying attention to residents. Patient call bells go unanswered for long periods.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My mom came to St Francis after having a stroke. This facility is dirty and they give the bare minimum. One day she left to get dialysis & they gave her room away, but she only found out after she took an ambulance ride there.
