What this means for your family

While many families report excellent experiences with the therapy and nursing staff, there is a recurring pattern of serious allegations regarding medical neglect and missing personal items. We strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit to inspect the cleanliness of the rooms and speaking directly with the current administration about their protocols for medical oversight and asset protection.
